What materials can be brazed in vacuum brazing furnaces?

Vacuum brazing furnace can brazing various materials, including but not limited to the following:

Silver based brazing material: It has good fluidity and wettability, high strength and good conductivity of brazed joints, and is commonly used in fields such as electronics and aerospace. Common silver based brazing materials include silver copper brazing materials, silver cadmium brazing materials, etc.

Copper based brazing material: With a low brazing temperature, it is suitable for brazing copper and copper alloys. Copper based brazing materials have good fluidity, but the joint strength is relatively low. Common copper based brazing materials include copper zinc brazing materials, copper phosphorus brazing materials, etc.

Aluminum based brazing material: It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and is suitable for brazing aluminum and aluminum alloys. The brazing temperature of aluminum based brazing materials is relatively low, but their flowability is poor, requiring the use of special brazing processes. Common aluminum based brazing materials include aluminum silicon brazing materials, aluminum copper brazing materials, etc.

Gold based brazing material: It has excellent high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance, suitable for high-temperature brazing and brazing of special materials. However, due to the high cost of gold based brazing materials, their usage range is relatively narrow.

Nickel based brazing material: It has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-temperature brazing and brazing of materials such as stainless steel. The brazing temperature of nickel based brazing materials is relatively high, requiring the use of special brazing equipment.

Titanium based brazing material: used for vacuum brazing of materials such as titanium and titanium alloys.

Molybdenum based brazing material: used for brazing special materials.
