Introduction

The horizontal vacuum gas quenching furnace is a single-chamber cold wall internal heating structure, electric heating, with air cooling, using a number of advanced proprietary technologies, mainly used for vacuum heat treatment of high-speed steel, hot and cold die steel, stainless steel, elastic alloy, high-temperature alloy, magnetic material, titanium alloy, aerospace and industrial land-based gas turbine high-temperature parts, vacuum brazing and vacuum degassing, operation process and process parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, air cooling pressure, process time) automatic control, with user-callable, editable and storage process program functions, with safety self-locking protection, fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions.


The furnace is suitable for both batch production of the same steel grade and single or small batch production of multiple specifications and varieties, with good economy and versatility.


The furnace heats up quickly to a very uniform temperature under high vacuum and can cool quickly to handle the workload. The equipment has high precision, fast response, good reliability, intelligent control, strong anti-interference ability, long service life, and excellent dynamic quality; it is easy to use, operate, and maintain, and has a beautiful appearance.
