Introduction

This Vacuum annealing/tempering furnace consists of a sealed furnace body, a heating chamber, a vacuum system, a water-cooling structure, an electric control system and a power supply system. The heating furnace can be made of graphite or all-metal materials according to work requirements. The electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize three control modes: fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual, and is flexible to operate. The heating state can be selected as a vacuum state, or protective gas can be introduced. This vacuum furnace is mainly used for vacuum annealing, tempering, vacuum brazing and sintering of high-speed steel, hot and cold die steel, stainless steel, elastic alloys, high-temperature alloys, magnetic materials and titanium alloys.


Application:

Vacuum annealing/tempering furnace is a common heat treatment equipment, widely used in the following fields:

Material vacuum sintering: used for vacuum sintering of ceramic materials, single crystal silicon, polycrystalline silicon, ruby, silicon carbide and silicon nitride, powder metallurgy (pressing and MIM), cemented carbide, and other metals and alloy materials composed of refractory metals.


Vacuum brazing: used for vacuum brazing and annealing of rare earth permanent magnet alloys, carbides, metal ceramics, stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, and high-temperature alloy parts.


Metal heat treatment: used for high-temperature brazing, sintering, tempering, annealing and other processes of stainless steel, copper, titanium alloy, hard alloy, high-temperature alloy and other materials.
